January Full Moon Singing Circle

We have entered 2021!

Let's celebrate this during the first full moon singing circle  of this year at Paleis 180, Amsterdam

The door opens at 7pm so we can start on time! 7:30pm We will serve tea, chocolate and nuts.

No need for singing experience, it's all about sharing this wonderful practise. Singing mantra together brings so much joy and connection, exactly what we need right now.

The practise of mantra singing is a way of bringing yourself to a state where the mind quiets down, and the heart opens up.

Sharing your voice can be a vulnerable thing, you might experience those energies and patterns that are witholding you from singing freely. It asks for a certain maturity  to meet those energies inside yourself. The singing circle is not therapy but a spiritual practice.
