This foundation was set up by writer Susan Smit, theater maker and actress Manja Bedner and journalist and author Bregje Hofstede
A physical monument in public space will boost awareness about what the witch persecution was and what it has brought about up to the present.
'The reason to support this cause for me as an artist and woman is because this monument will stand as a symbol of strength and as a reminder to stand within your own Wisdom.
And to continue to nourish and honour your inner witch.'
